Can I return my iTouch to Walmart?

I Just jailbroke my itouch and ruined it :( can i return it to walmart?

BEST ANSWER: yes u can, just this week alone i have returned 3 itouch due to defects and at walmart all they do is check the assesories and check the serial numbers on the itouch to see if it matches the receipt. Walmart is so cool that they didnt even ask me what was wrong with the opened itouch . 2)u can always restore ur ipod at itunes, fyi

Bring in your reciept, and as long as you play dumb, they might refund you with a new iPod. If they send it off to Apple to have it checked, you might as well give up. So try playing dumb, and see if you can get it replaced at the store.

Well it voids your warranty to do that, however... it never hurts to try, you might just get away with it as long as you don't mention the fact that you tried to jailbreak it.
