How to use a Cruzer USB flash drive?

Sandisk cruzer edge usb flash drive?

I have a "sandisk cruzer edge usb flash drive", and when i go to my computer to open it, it says RunClubSanDisk, RunSanDiskSecureAccess_Win, etc. So i just want to know if i have to download all the software and everything to use the USB. OR can i use the USB without have to agree to any thing.

I have placed all kinds of flash drives in my PC and it never created issues like this; they just opened normally. I seem to think you have some malware causing this. These items you want to delete, how do you see them, where are they located? please email me direct, if you need further instruction.
