How long would 500MB of internet last on a mobile phone?

HOW much of my internet i can use with a limit of 7,500MB a month?

• I have Frontier land line phone and internet. The internet is good and fast, no complains. Its just that the company is charging way too much tax. The Plan is $45 for both but it ends up to $70-$75 a month. I dont need a land line. but just because of the internet, i have to have it. Comcast doesnt offer Phone and internet bundle here. and the Triple play is expensive for me. so im looking for Satellite Internet. Found one called SKYWAY ..its decent and my price range. BUT what i dont get is that its limited use for 7,500MB a month..<< what is that?? I use my internet pretty much 24/7. Research, Chat, Videos, Movies and for hours aday is there better internet providers out there that covers my area. (Sacramento, CA 95829) Any Advice is appreciated! Thank YOU
