Speakers have gone really quiet?

Acer Aspire 5935g Think my speakers have blew?

• My laptop is just over a week old, and I have turned it on this morning, gone to play my music and there making a really loud fuzzling noise, can hardly hear the song. Does that mean my speakers have blew? What should I do... Thanks if you can help me :)

• Answer:

  Make sure and check volume level at the entire volume control panel by double clicking on the voume leveler on the bottom right side, as well as checking the volume level on whatever player you are using! If all is on and unmuted then you will need to check if you're device works in device manager.
