How do i get my TV tuner card to work on Ubuntu 9.04?
-
it is a DVico DVB-T Pro
-
Answer:
Set up MythTV, and if it has trouble recognizing the card, seek expert assistance from MythTV's IRC support channel [irc.freenode.net #mythtv-users]. According to DVico's website, the DVB-T Pro uses a Conexant CX2388x processor (XC 3028 tuner) -- so be sure to mention that. Should all else fail, make a forums post on both Ubuntu's and MythTV's forums.
