How do I re-enable my laptop speakers?
-
So a game I recently downloaded was compatible with a controller, so I plugged my xbox 360 controller into the usb and after that I plugged in my xbox headset, only problem is that when I made the headset the default sound device I disabled the computers speakers on accident, there-fore even after I unplug the headset there is still no sound coming from the speakers on my laptop. So long story short, how do I go about re-enabling the speakers, and after that how do I set the speakers to turn off while the headset is active?

Answer:
There is usually one rule. You cant use both at the same time. So you can unplug your headphones go to control panel on Sound and and then double click the speakers and headphones > Under the General tab locate the Device Usage and select Use this device (Enable) and click OK twice
