Which one is a better graphics card?

Guys i want to know which one is a better card from this which can run games like Assassins creed and Forgotten Sands with High settings and resolutions above 1024x768 (4x Antialiasing) .? The preferences for cards are the 9400 gt From Nvidia 512MB or 1GB and Asus Nvidia GF210 1GB DDR2.. If you have any other graphics card suggestion please tell me the budget for the card is Rs 3000 /- . Please let me know of other good card within this range which can run The games i mentioned with good quality.. I'm running them now at very low settings.. System Specification: CPU : AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual core processor 4000+ (2 CPUs) Memory : 2560 (2GB + 512 MB) 256 MB for On board Graphics) Video Card (On board) : NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE) Video Memory : 512MB - (Ram reserved- 256MB- Other 256MB from some were else! :-) Mother board : ASUS M2N-MXSE
