Why can't I see the files from my external hard drive?

Why i cant See my Program Files in my C drive?

  • Now theres a problem with my C drive , i tried to un-hide the Program Files but the button is unclickable . i also did the tools>folder option > view tab > and click on view hidden folders. none of these helped at all . the only way to access the Program Files is to type at the bar address. when i enter Program Files, i right click and properties, the attributes of hidden cannot be clicked. why? how do i make to view this file in C drive? i tried most of the ways but just doesnt work. please help me.

    Start. Type in explorer Right click Windows Explorer and choose Run as administrator. If you can't, you don't have rights on that computer. If you can,everything should be working again, and this tells you that the account you're using doesn't have the rights you need.
