Best inspiration for creating music?

What music creating program should I get?

• I'm 14 and I'm really into composing music. I was hoping I could someone could give me adive on what to get? So what I want it to be able to do is record music from various instruments with and more importantly without plugging an instrument into your computer. I was going to try to record mostly lyrical songs on it, but some solo instrument music too. It would be nice if it could have a notation part so you an actually see and write the notes like they would on sheet music, but it doesn't have too. It also has to be fairly simple to use since I've never used something like that before. Price no more than $100 but hopefully less than $80(if it's on sale for under 100 it counts). Two programs I was already looking at were Music Maker 15 and Acid Music Studio 7. I'm leaning towards getting Acid beacause it is highly recommended, its on sale right now, and it uses up less gigs(i think that what they are) on my laptop(vista). However it looked difficult to use. Please please please help!

  You may want to think in the future. I will go with Cubase 5 Pro (made by Steinberg). The Pro Version costs about 500. But you can begin with the Cubase Essential 5 Educational Edition for only 74,99$.
