How do I find a document that was in protected view, but didn't save?
-
I am using a Windows 7 laptop with Microsoft Word 2010 Starter and I emailed myself a file from work using Microsoft WOrd 2010. When I received it, the document was in protected view. I then enabled editing. I soon started editing and edited for 5 hours and along the way, I kept hitting ctrl + s to save as I usually do this than clicking the save or save as button. After I was done, I closed it and it hadn't offered to save so I thought it was already saved. To my surprise, it didn't save and I cannot find any of my work.. Please explain how I may recover it (if there is a way).
