How do I get rid of Internet Speed Monitor?

How can I get high speed internet without using the popular internet companies?

• This is my problem: Right now, I use my smartphone's 3g to connect to internet on my laptop. It has a usage cap of 5gb which I use up in about 3 days and after that, the speed is extremely slow (ex. literally takes about 30 minutes to load a 5 minute video on YouTube). I've been trying to sign up with the known internet companies (ATT, Time Warner, ComCast, Verizon, etc.) but nothing has worked out. The other tentants living here are all using one of the companies (we have an unusual housing situation), DSL doesn't work here, etc. I've tried everything regarding those companies and the techs have tried to help but it never ends up working out. My question is - Is there ANY other way I can get high speed internet without a cap, at least not an unreasonable cap? What are some options I have?? PLEASE PLEASE HELP! I'm really desperate.
