Windows Mobile 6.1 Help?

All my Online Games are laggy? help ASAP plz?

• Been like this since day 1, reformatting just doesnt fix it No matter what Online Game I play, it lags like hell, Soldat, Crysis, Team Fortress and Call of duty are just a few games, yet in single play in Call of Duty and Crysis im playing on Max Specs with no lag I have: 4GB RAM Nvidia 240 GT Graphics (bottlenecked by a DDR2 slot, card is DDR3 but i dont have any DDR3 slots, cant afford to upgrade to a better computer) Intel Core 2 Duo 64 bit 26MB connection (thats what speedtest.net tells me) No, its not a virus, reformatting has the EXACT same result each time, and i mean clean reformat not just a repair.. And i clean out all junk files and temp internet files, etc and all bad registry entries daily All drivers are up to date wtf is going on???? nothing else is running when i play the games and all 4 GIG of my RAM is fully usable Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit i have seen posts on forums about ppl with lesser computers to this running this stuff with no problems, none of the forums i have gone to have helped, i dont get it! this is so frustrating!! ISP: Bigpond i have one of the best plans with the highest possible speed, cant seem to find any lower latency plans tho, Currently on one of the Elite Plans on a Cable/WiFi Router, Ping, according to Speedtest.net is 502 ms this is rediculous, the Ping is unnacceptable >:(, there must be something i can do Pingtest.net says that my Ping is 61 ms and the Jitter is 4 ms, Packet Loss was untestable for some reason (Packet Loss test has never worked on my computer, dont know why :( help!!! :( there has to be something i can do

  switch to road runner internet. 54mbps. the computer is by far fast enough to run a lot more than some flash games. it sounds like it is "lagging" because it is not streaming data fast enough to your computer. it plays what is processed, but before it has a chance to stream more data, your computer has already gone past what has been processed. or if you have a android smart phone, root it, and use easyteather to use your internet onnection on your phone to get internet. that's what i do. it's free and fast.
