Where can I get the drivers for this motherboard?

How can i get drivers suppose i have the amd sempron motherboard so how can i get drivers for it without cd?

Without having it's drivers cd Because i have the cd only for xp it have the motherboard drivers but it can't install on vista so what can i do can anyone give this.somebody said hat update the drivers how can i update the drivers so this will also install Nvidia And Realtek Drivers ........
