Why can't I view my pictures?
-
Just going through "My Pictures" on windows 7, now can't for some reason see the picture in the icon. I used to. Now I have to open the icon in order to see what the pictures are. They are currently displayed as the paint icon and for some of them something else (not sure what). What can I do to get it back the way it was, viewing pictures in the folder icons? Any help or references would be great!

Answer:
Not sure if this'll work, but you can try.. NOTE: Instructions are for Windows Vista, but they should be similar for Windows 7.. Right click on the folder Click on Properties Go to the Customize tab On the dropdown menu for "What type of folder do you want.." select "Pictures and video"
