How to download videos on Facebook and save them?

  • Much of what i've looked at so far is only for firefox, i have internet explorer. I'm not very good with computers, so it's a extremely bit confusing for me. When they talk about converting files and stuff, i have no idea what they're talking about. I tried downloading music once and a youtube video, but couldn't find them afterwards. Although i did manage to successfully download ebooks before and find them on my computer. In my previous question someone suggest using realplayer, but it said i don't have adequt windows something or other to download it. I've got Windows Vista so i don't see what the problem was. Would it also be possible to upload it on youtube afterwards? (incase i want to do that at some point)

u can try using internet download manager (^_^ )

screw it.. Interntett explorer tracks you like a bad stepchild. Go with firefox. Its WAAAYYY more secure and supports open source (non profit made by normal people FOR normal people). get download helper and snag the vid without issue!!! Ya know sometimes people are hesitant to change or to look at another option. Take me for example : I am enrolled in a Microsoft IT accredited academy in CT. In short I eat sleep and dream Microsoft and yet like so many others I detest the fact that They charge over 600 bucks for a word program!!! (excell). While I firmly believe they are great I think that open source is what the world needs. Take the advice you were given. For an FYI. Download Firefox and all downloads will be kept in a folder called "my downloads" or 'downloads" VERY easy to find. Internet explorer makes it hard to find that crud.

If you use 'firefox' there is a nice little 'add on' called 'Ants video down-loader' every time you go on to a page where there is video a box appears on your screen asking do you want to download the video. check the 'add on' option in 'firefox'
