How do I fix an internet connection problem between 3 computers?
-
Ok. Im using comcast ISP. They give you their router. Plugged into that I have a Wireless Linksys Router. I have 1 computer plugged into the Wireless Router using a landline, and the 2 other computers with Linksys Wireless-G USB Adapter to receive the wireless internet. The problem I'm having is that the signal to the 2 computers with the adapter is very weak sometimes. It will be steady at 18mbps for a few hours then drop to as low as 1mpbs. Not sure if this is because the other computers are online and the internet connection is being 'stretched' between them. I think the only way to fix this is to call Comcast and get the internet upgraded or something. So, can anyone tell me the problem or give any advice. Thanks.
