How to download and save a TV programme to watch later?

I am wanting to download and save for late the Come Dine with Me programmes...but how do I do this I can click the link on the Channel 4 web site and it downloads the programme but how do I save it to watch later???I am using Vista, so not sure where to look to find where it has downloaded to...Please Help
