Windows live mail is won't start on brand new computer?

so i just got a new windows 7 home premium 64bit like 3 days ago. so when i clicked on it the first time it game me a error saying something like windows live mail wont work on 64bit, or something like that it went away kinda fast and wont come back up. and now when i run it, it loads and then it says it stops working i tried admin too and same thing
