How to avoid multiple print in screen?

What do I do if pressing Alt+Print Screen copies the entire screen?

  • I know that Ctrl+Print Screen is suppose to do that but it's happening to me when I dress Alt+Print Screen. I only want to copy a segmant on the screen, not the entire screen, what do I need to do in order to change that

  • Answer:

some detail info about how to capture screen, hope it could help u! Without minimizing what you wanna capture then then hit the Print Screen key, the full screenshot will be sent the PAM automatically, press ALT+Print Screen(NOT CTRL+ Prin Scr), u will get the active window. and if u work with Windows Vista, there is a free screen capture tool called ‘Snipping Tool’. This tool could help you capture any part of the screen by using a selection rectangle. But this program is strictly Windows Vista. But, if u wanna capture anything on the screen, i recommend PCHand Screen Caputre. It could help u capture anything with flexible capturing profile and edit the captured images with the powerful build-in editor. Im using it, it is easy to use, even for a novice. I think it is pretty good. Hope it could help. http://www.screen-capture-record.com/screen-capture.html
