How to install themes on windows XP?

Where can i donwload and install windows xp themes without risk of dowloadin viruses?

    look on youtube for a thing called a"styler" it lets you change your themes and other xp stuff i have it and it works really good and it doesn't have viruses. and there are other things like IconTweaker. and there are Xp boot screens on this site http://www.wincustomize.com/

http://browse.deviantart.com/customization/skins/?q=xp%20themes or http://customize.org/xpthemes no site is ever 100% guaranteed of viruses when you download something but these are some I've used in the past and never had any problems. oh, have you patched the theme file to use 3rd party themes? because if you haven't it's best to do that before you find a great theme and realize you cant use it.
