Mac programs compatible with PC?

Are there any programs on a Mac for making a powerpoint presentation that I can put on a flash drive, plug into a PC, and it will work? I know nothing about computers so I don't know if certain programs aren't compatible. On my computer (Mac) I have Keynote and Notebook. I think those are the only programs I have for making powerpoints.

Answer:
You can use Keynote, then when you're ready to transfer the presentation go to File>Export and select the Powerpoint option. You should always run a check when transferring files from one platform to another, regardless of whether you used Keynote or the Powerpoint for Mac version - font conflicts and so on can occur either way, the only way to be totally sure that your presentation will run as you'd intended is to do a check.
