Why can't I open my Portfolios?

Why cant i open any folders from my SD card on my pc?

  • I have a motorola backflip & a 2gb micro SD card and when i plug in the usb the folder pops up like normal but when i went to open my music folder it wouldn't open, same with every other folder. now i cant put anymore music, pictures, or videos on my phone. If it helps solve the problem, when the auto play pops up there is 2 options to open the folder. one says open folder too view files using windows explorer & the second one is open folder to view files using the programs provided on the device. i clicked on both of them and i still cant access any folders. HELP! :(

    there should be another option and that is to choose the app you want to use the device; sometimes these sd cards have a lock on them on the side and you have to unlock it fiddly things but make sure it is not locked then you can choose music pictures etc also make sure that the sd card is inserted properly
