How do I get my games back after restoring my computer?

my computer forced me to restore my computer. When I agreed to this (which I had to) I didn't think that it would delete my games. So how do I get them back? My sister's boyfriend downloaded these games (Half Life, Half Life 2, and Portal) for me so I still have the download files (with no games in it, just the files). So how do I get them back with out downloading them again? Please help! PS. I have windows 7
