How can i fix my computer?

URGENT! What does my computer have? and how can i fix it!?

Okay i have an HP w1907 and i have had it for 3 years now and it worked perfectly fine. But, a few weeks ago i tried to access my internet and a lot of little tabs came out so i just ignored them , then i didn't turn the computer on for about 5 days and when i turned it off , EVERYTHING deleted , so i got scared and i googled it on the computer and i just searched it, but today a lot of tabs came out and (Vista internet security 2012) said i was INFECTED ! and i have 29 "infections" and i can't afford to buy what is recommended, so i downloaded this awesome website that my friend recommended and i downloaded it and when it was dun i tried to run it but it said APPLICATION NOT FOUND! so i gave up Also, in the beginning when everything erased my start button lost all of the things in it like Control panel and more, i think i have a VIRUS but i don't know Please Help me tell me what my computer has, and how i can fix it i would really appreciate it THANKYOU!

Don't get too worried. The only virus is the rogue AV. Download something like MalwareBytes. That should get rid of it.
