  You can't do anything to increase your speed, the data card speed i mean! Although a few softwares claim that they can increase the speed, in actual practice, it makes not much of a difference! On the other hand, if you are so desperate in increasing your speed, you can choose to use a browser that does not have HTML5 enabled, or simply put, old browsers, which will load the page, but not the fancy bling that's quite often put on sites! Which brings us back to the data card, if you don't want to browse lousy pages, you end up with one last option, change your data plan! :)
