Help!!!How can I make my mac to play VOD(video on demand)?

I've installed flip4mac wmv from microsoft website. there's only one place i have problem w watching video. It says It's VOD and when i try to play it it says 'flip4mac wmv cannot play this video' I don't know what else to do please help!!!
