I wont to watch a tv channel in the usa on my computer how can i do this?

If it's broadcast on the internet but is telling you this then you could use a US based proxy server or VPN. However, this may be illegal and if it's a well known proxy or VPN then the TV company have probably blacklisted it. If it's a TV transmission then you're about 4000 miles too far from the transmitter to receive it.
