Can I buy a 99 cent iTunes game and have 98 cents in iTunes and not get charged with a bill?
-
If I have 98 cents in iTunes and want to buy a 99 cent game do I get charged in a bill and keep the money in my iTunes account or does it take all the money out of my iTunes account and just charge me a couple cents? I understand it's confusing but please help me.

Answer:
Unsure, I'd top up the itunes account then make the purchase just to be safe. You'll be billed either way, and some debit companies will flat out refuse to make a payment of a penny.

if you have like money already saved into your itunes account then the 98 cents will be where they get the money first and they will just be left to charge you for the 1 extra cent. they always charge from the money you have saved on itunes first.

Unless you are in the US and they charge tax then they would owe you a penny for the rest of your life.
