Signing into my youtube account doesnt work?

i have a youtube account i made it on my desktop computer, but the internet is slow on it so i dont watch videos on it i watch it on my mac lab top. i want to subscribe this one channel but obviously i need to sign in. and every time i sign in it redirects me to this page on google accounts or something and it says for me to empty my my cache and my cookies to continue. so i empty my cache and my cookies and it still doesnt let me sign in because it still says i have to empty my cache and cookies. i dont know what to do please helpp.

clear the internet history restart the computer then try again
