Reformatted computer, Itunes gone, what happens to my Jailbroken Iphone?

i reformatted my computer. if i install itunes again, will my jailbroken iphone still be jailbroken if i sync it, or will it become an ordinary phone again?? also i didn't backup all my songs and vids, if i sync my phone, will all my songs and vids stay or will they be gone?
