HELP! Computer is showing "remove disks or other media" screen..?
-
My HP desktop computer started showing a black screen that says "remove disks or other media, press any key to restart" and once you press a key, it says "reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key". I've tried everything I know to do. There are no disks or CDs in the computer and I've tried removing every extra plug (printer, wireless Internet router) one by one to see if that would help. Also I've tried going to the setup menu at the start up before it gets to the black screen and nothing looks out of the ordinary. All of this happened after my dad shut down the computer and it was working perfectly fine beforehand. Help anyone?
