How to change Skype's icon?

i want to change Skype's icon but the computer wont let me. when i click on properties and go to the icon section i cannot click change icon. ive tried going to the original program and try to chage it there but that doesn't even give me a button to click. help?

I use applications like rocket dock and object dock to store all of my shortcuts, and to change the icon there you would right click the icon then go to icon properties and change the icon from there; to get icons I usually google image search a image .png. and i have tried to change the icon before on a desktop icon and it would not work cause the image I was using was to big of a picture and it also has to be in .ico format
