Are amazon prices real?

was just looking through amazon when i found a phone worthy 550$ just for 79$ and much like it... now i dont know if it was the real price for it but deos amazon really put things like this??? and if not where is the real price written???

Here's the problem. Amazon doesn't actually sell anything accept books. They have different "stores" that partner with them to market their own goods. When you actually buy something on Amazon they show you what store you're getting it from. The only good thing about Amazon is if you get ripped off by a store they sponsor, they'll do everything they can to resolve the issue, which is nice.
