How much TV anchors make?

How can i browse in PC while it is connected to TV and make my computer to display only one of the pages?

I have connected my vista PC to TV through S-video cable. I watch TV channels from Sopcast and other websites in TV through my PC. My question is how can i play a channel on TV from PC and browse some other pages on the PC at the same time but make only the one which i chose to be displayed on the TV. In other words, if i am connected to TV, i should also be able to browse and make only one page to be displayed on TV while i continue browsing in the other. Any help is appreciated.
