How do I create a shortcut for a screensaver that I have downloaded myself?

• I recently downloaded a Matrix screensaver, just because, in my opinion they look awesome. I want to be able to create a shortcut for it, so that I can manually start it from the taskbar, whenever I want. I know this is possible, and I know that for the screensavers that already come with Windows, you can find the files in the 'System32' folder. But I have looked there for the Matrix screensaver file, which, when it shows up in Control Panel, is called 'Matrix_ks'. However I have had no luck finding it within the 'System32' folder. This obviously, will be because I have downloaded this file myself, so I have tried looking in the 'Downloaded Files' folder, but the only thing I could find in there was the setup file, for the screensaver, and not the screensaver itself.   the file Matrix_ks.scr is in C:\Windows. To create a shortcut, right-click on the file, select "send to" and send to desktop. To get it on the task bar just drag the shortcut you created to "quick launch" part of the taskbar. You can also create shortcuts by dragging a file while holding down the right-click button.
