How can I send an email that's protected so Word won't display it in the reading display on someone else's pc?
-
I send emails with a lot of text boxes in them (as opposed to the information being actually typed on the document) and when the other people get them & open them it defaults to the automatic reading pane. I know how to disable the reading pane, but it's a pain (ha) to try to explain to everyone how to make it not look stupid.

Yes, you can send it as an attachment or even compress the .doc file using programs like winrar or 7 zip and attach them. The recipient will have to download the attachment and unzip it to read.
