Can my computer be tracked?

What does it mean if your computer is being tracked?

I was playing farmtown on facebook, and this girl was being annoying so i told her to "shut up." Then this other girl was farm messaging me telling me how i'm out of line and stuff, and i don't like when someone butts in who is not even in the conversation so i told her off, which was wrong. I threatened (not seriously, but to scare her) her that i would find her and slit her throat. She reported me and i guess her husband is a sheriff and my computer is being tracked. What does that mean it's being tracked? And please no answers like omg that was wrong of you to threaten her, ya i know it was wrong. I don't want to hear it again.
