How do you do a screen dump?

My computer won't boot p and keeps restarting with "memory dump / blue screen"?

• Just then my computer was all fine etc and i was using it perfectly then all of a sudden it froze and i pressed the restart button and then when it restarted it came up with the screen which has the options of "running windows normally", "run last known good config" "safe mode" etc and as usual I clicked "run normally" but then everytime it gets to the windows xp logo it quickly goes to this blue screen / memory dump screen and then it restarts and i keep trying to boot up but this keeps happening any ideas ? and i don't want to reformat.
