Generic Benadryl causing problems?

I just downloaded Skype, could it be causing problems to my computer?

• I downloaded Skype the other day. Since then I have been having two problems with my computer. Problem 1: I have the "QuickCam® Deluxe for Notebooks" webcam for my laptop, http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/webcam_communications/webcams/devices/2988&cl=us,en. When I would use Skype the video of my friend worked fine but the video streamed through my camera would freeze numerous times and I would have to turn my video off and then turn it back on. The website for the webcam says that is compatible with Skype but I keep having problems with it. Problem 2: When I downloaded Skype my computer slowed down so I uninstalled a couple programs and it made things faster However I am having problems with one website. Most websites work without problems but with Facebook the pages won't load. Nobody else is having problems with Facebook so I was wondering if the problem could be related to Skype somehow. If anyone has experienced similar problems or knows how to solve the problems please let me know.

  I've had similar problems! I have the same webcam and am considering getting a new one. Except for the problem with my computer being so slow! However, my sister-in-law and I both have had problems with our computers acting buggy since installing Skype, especially on Facebook. We can load FB, but it's so SLOW! We've both uninstalled Skype for now, until we can figure out a solution. It seems a bit better, but I'd I'm anxious to hear if anyone has any solutions, since I'd like to use Skype. I have Windows XP, SP2. I read another posted issue about a suspicion that it was a SP2 problem, but then that was disproven as the problem.
