Music coming from a computer?

How do i get random music to stop playing on my computer? I don't know where it's coming from?

  • I don't know where it's coming from. Any time a window is open, it plays on a continual loop.

    its probably directly related to myspace. usually, buttholes, i mean people, put music in their comments on bands and other peoples pages, as to force music on us... but they dont realize it usually happens while other music is playing. SO annoying. sadly you will have to find the comment and hit pause to enjoy silence.

I consider it a virus, I think I went to the temporary internet folders of the browser and deleted everything. Click Tools, Internet Options, and delete cookies and files...if you're using Firefox...someone else may need to chime in the exact steps.Otherwise,it's similar.

depends, is it a catchy tune? download an antivirus. Avira and Spybot are good. Or, find out if a friend has been screwing with your computer.

Sounds like someone set a sound to play when a window opens In the control panel go to sounds and check the event sounds .Make sure it's set to none
