What microphone should I buy for all my vocals?

I am looking to buy audio hardware for my computer for realtime monitoring?

• I record a lot of vocals from home with my SAMSON usb Microphone, and to get the 0 latency realtime monitoring effect that vocalists use to "put themselves into the setting of the song " while they record, what firewire box would I need to buy that is compatible with my condensor USB mic to work successfully? I am not opposed to buying a new microphone, I realize the protools brand has good startup packages /maudio box but I would prefer to just buy the box and not have to buy another microphone if I didnt have to. I know a little bit about audio technology and I use Audition and Audacity/ Mixcraft to record with, I am just feeling kind of stuck

  The latency is most likely coming from the fact that the mic has a usb converter. I suggest a standard 3 pin mic, a sure 58 for vocals and a sure 57 for instruments. Then you can choose a mixer based on that.
