Dsi wireless connection help.

HELP! Is there something I can do to fix my wireless router without help from computer guy or going into it?

• Okay, so today, I decided to search the web. I turn on my iPod touch, and try searching the web, but it's not working. The strange thing is, at the internet connection bar, it's filled, but it won't load. So, I turn on my iPad, and same thing! Same with cellphone. Next, I grab my dsi and 3ds. same thing! So, I do an internet connection with them. The bars are at the top, then an error message appears. So, I turn on my Pc, and that thing won't connect to the wireless router, either! So now, my laptop only works. I can't steal internet from my neighbors on my devices because their connection are secure and I need their security code, and how should I know what it is? I've tried to reset the wirless router, but it won't work. (It's not damaged, and I have no viruses on it.) Should I un-plug it? I REALLY need help. I have alot of info in those devices internet browsers, and NOTHING can be restored. Is there anything I could do without help from a computer nerd?! D: (Computer nerds are good things, not bad thins. You guys rock! I just don't have enough money to pay you, or time. And my mother may think I broke it...)

  Have you contacted your isp by voice? They should walk you through your router setup. It is a part of their job. Hope this has been a help.
