PLEASE HELP! msi touch screen computer calibration problems?!?

i just got a MSI all in one touchscreen computer for christmas but the touchscreen is way off. i go to the touch calibration button and it says ETSU.exe unidentified publisher and i click "allow" but nothing happens at all. so i looked for help online and it said to go to ideacom so i typed it in the start button search box and clicked it..it asked me to allow it again..and i did..but once again nothing happend. please your help is very appreciated id really like to get it to start working and get my monies worth thanks
