How can a system recovery cd be made?

I just got a new laptop, but it didn't include any cds or dvds. How can the cd be made in case I have to re-install Windows?

Answer:
most computers that are made this way have a recovery partition with a factory copy of the system on it. You need to go through the instruction manual and find out how to do it for your particular computer. THey are all different.
