How to erase the disc with data in it or movie in it?

  • hi all! i have a few problems how to erase the dvd+r disc? when i click the erase disc button it said "insert the verify dvd+r or -r or cd disc? is there any special software that i can erase my dvd disc without answer that question? i don't know what to do. i have a few disc and its hava movies in them and i need to erase those movie on my dvd and use the same disc to burn another movie. thanks

    It must be a ( RW) dvd or cd to be able to erase it. You can not erase a (R) dvd or cd.

try using an ultra strong magnet, but this will render the disc useless you can only erase a RW (rewritable disc)
