If i update ubuntu to 11.04 and i had macbuntu installed will it transfer over to 11.04?

i have ubuntu and i have macbuntu installed on it and i was just wondering if that would transfer over if and when i update to ubuntu 11.04. Thanks very much!!

I did it a few days ago. Until now, I found no problems. It seems it updates without issues.
