Computer troubles?

Having computer troubles?

• OK, so i don't know much about computers, so bear with me as I try to explain this. My old computer tower, every time I plug it in I get "Err1Err3" and the computer wont turn on, but when I plug in a different tower, I don't have any problems. I usually wouldn't care, but I'm an amateur photographer and my whole portfolio is saved to the other computer. Any idea how to fix it? At least for a few minutes so I can transfer my pictures to a jump drive?

  Let me see if I understand your question, you plug in your old computer it don't boot up, you get err1err3 what make of computer is it? You plug in computer 2 and it works, no problems, the answer is one works the other don't work, That's not to say you can't get your portfolio off the computer that don't work, there are ways and means to do that, but explaining how to do it on answers is more difficult to do, You don't know much about computers, that being the case it needs to be done by phone or yahoo instant messaging, were you can be given step by step instruction on what to do, if you want more info send me a message
