Why does my hp built in webcam doesnt work on my laptop?

i was using my webcam yesterday and it was working perfectly , today it dosent working i dont know why help please

Hi, the issue might be that your video input device in softwares that you use has changed from your Webcam to something blank. Try changing the Video settings --> Input --> "as your webcam" , and see if it works. If not, please add some more details as to what software you use or what shows up in the video windows, blank or green background or a logo.
