What are WPS files and how do I open them?

How do i view DOCX and WPS files?

I need something to either convert or read some DOCX and WPS word files. My computer dose not have anything and i don't know what to look for.
Answer:

For docx you need to download word viewer from Microrosft. It will also read wps files.

DOCX is microsoft word word file. u can download open office to open it. and u also can try open WPS with open office or microsoft office. WPS is word doc file also but already stop untill 2006. go to this link: http://www.openoffice.org/ and this is direct link to download: http://download.services.openoffice.org/files/stable/3.3.0/OOo_3.3.0_Win_x86_install-wJRE_en-US.exe and u need java runtime environment and u can download here: http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp
