Help with connecting to wi-fi?

Trouble connecting to optimum wifi, can someone please help me out?

Okay. So I've tried connecting to optimum wifi on three devices and all have failed. Its weird because with each device i get all wifi bars and it tells me that I'm connected and have a good signal, but I'm not connected and the sign-in page isn't even prompted. I tried a different optimum wifi hotspot as well and same problem. Anyone know what the problem may be and/or what I can do to fix it? Thanks in advance.

Sorry you have been having problems. I work in the Optimum WiFi department and we just launched a new application to help you more easily register your device to connect automatically whenever you are in range of a hotspot. Just go to http://www.optimum.net/WiFi/Register on the device you want to use to access Optimum WiFi, select your device type, download the app and kick it off.
